Lillian is an active Girl Scout who loves to try new things. Some of her best moments of being a Girl Scout include doing arts and crafts, doing service projects for the local humane society, learning new skills and learning about animals.
Lillian has been a Girl Scout since Kindergarten and has participated in two different states. One of her favorite activities was traveling on a council-sponsored trip to see Frozen Live and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the theater district. She also loves Art Events where she got to work with local artists to learn new ways to express art and then make a group project to donate for a fundraiser.
Additionally, something Lillian likes about Girl Scouts is learning money management, business and marketing skills. Thanks to selling cookies each year, she's gained these skills that will help her in the future.
Lastly, something that Girl Scouts has given her is friends. Being a troop and doing other activities outside of the troop, like camps and local events, helps you met new people that you can befriend who have some of the same interests as you.
"I like Girl Scouting because I can participate in a lot of different activities and events, serve my community, travel and learn business skills."
