Fueling future experiences.

Every fall, Girl Scouts have the opportunity to fund amazing experiences by taking part in the Fall Product Program. Girl Scouts reach out to family and friends to take orders for chocolates, tasty nuts, and magazine subscriptions. Orders can be placed in-person or online through each girl's personalized online storefront. Items arrive just in time for Thanksgiving and make great holiday gifts.

Through this program, girls learn financial literacy and develop five leadership skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.

The Fall Product Program is designed for easy participation and troops get a head start on funding their activities for the year.

August 28: 2026 Fall Product Program Family Guide begins to arrive in Girl Scout homes.
September 4: Fall Product Program begins! Online ordering opens and girls may sell in-person.
October 1: Last day to take orders on the order card. All orders received in person must be entered into the online system.
October 5: Last day for online girl-delivery orders.
October 21: Nut and chocolate items begin delivery to service unit sites.
November 6: Fall Product Program ends — last day for all online item orders.
November 7: Girl payments due to troop product manager.
November 16: Final day for girls to make recognition choices in the online system.
November 7-16: Troop end-of-program audits.
December/January: Girl recognitions arrive.
January 15: Fall Product Program Credits load.
May 22: Elite Entrepreneur Experience Day Event.

If you are a new Fall Product Manager, join us for one of the following mandatory virtual trainings:

Sunday, August 23: 3 p.m.
Tuesday, August 25: 1 p.m.
Thursday, August 27: 6:30 p.m.

This is a training that all can atend but not required for returning Troop Product Managers.

Troop Product Manager and Participation Agreement toggle arrow

New for 2026, the Troop Product Manager Agreement has been updated! One form that covers three important areas:

Who is the Troop Product Manager
Product Program Print Materials request
Troop Checking Account information.

When filling out the troop participation agreement, you will now also be making your Print Materials request. This is no longer a seperate request. If you are not the Troop Product Manager for both product programs, it will be necessary for both volunteers to fill out and submit the agreement during the appropriate timeframe.
