Staff in the Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland office in Salina is available to assist volunteers and girls in the surrounding counties with everything from uniform purchases to making summer camp reservations to planning community-service projects. The fully staffed office is the go-to place for anyone wishing to learn more about Girl Scouts as well as those who want to hear more about the extensive programs for girls and training opportunities for adults that are offered in the area. Our goal is to give our volunteers, girls and parents everything they need to have an unforgettable Girl Scout experience.

Lindsborg Girls "Trick or Can" For Community

The Lindsborg girls sure had the community in mind when they planned their Halloween festivities this year! They dressed up in costumes and went "trick or canning" to collect cans of food for the local food bank.

Salina Girl Scouts Skate The Night Away

The Salina Girl Scouts kicked off the year by skating to their favorite hits at the Starlight Skating Rink on Sept. 24, 2009. The girls played games, met new friends and challenged themselves to contests for prizes.

See 'N' Sell Craft Show Just Around the Corner!

Get your Christmas shopping done early at the 43rd annual See ‘N' Sell arts & craft show on Saturday, Nov. 21, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Salina Bicentennial Center. Nearly 200 vendors from Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa and other surrounding states come to this popular event to sell their handcrafted items and homemade food. Over 3,500 craft lovers attend each year!
