Top Sellers 'Stand Tall' during Fall Opportunity Sale!

Daryian Belleau - FOS Top Seller overall

Drumroll, please!

Congratulations to the more than 60 girls across the council who sold at least $1,000 worth of Fall Opportunity Sale products. Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland's Top Seller for the 2015 Fall Opportunity Sale was Daryian Belleau of Hill City, pictured above, who had $2,105 in sales!

This year, FOS Top Sellers also had the opportunity to win one of five giant, stuffed giraffes. The winners are: Klara Flom, Daniela Reyes, Aubree Dean, Sophia Gradig, and Olivia Davis, pictured at right with her giraffe.

The Fall Opportunity Sale, a sale of nuts, candy and magazines, is a great way for troops to earn proceeds early in the Girl Scout year to ensure plenty of girl-led activities happen all year long. Additionally, this sale introduces girls to financial skills they will use throughout their lives. Troops earn 20 percent of the sale proceeds, and girls earn fun incentives, too.
