Fall Opportunity Sale supporting Girl Scouts starts Sept. 30

The Fall Opportunity Sale (FOS) is a great way for Girl Scout troops to earn proceeds early in the year to ensure plenty of girl-led activities happen all year long! This sale of nuts, candy and magazines also includes a Share Program, allowing customers to donate to members of the military or to the Kansas Food Bank.

Solomon Girl Scouts aid animals, earn Bronze Award

The girls in Solomon Troop 20106 took action to help animals and earned their Bronze Award in the process! Their efforts, which helped them earn the highest honor that Junior Girl Scouts can achieve, aided the Abilene Animal Shelter along with citizens in Solomon.
